* New upstream release:

  - Unbreak sshd_config's AuthorizedKeysFile option for $HOME-relative
    paths.
  - Include a language tag when sending a protocol 2 disconnection
    message.
  - Make logging of certificates used for user authentication more clear

    authorized_keys.
