- (djm) [configure.ac mux.c sftp.c openbsd-compat/Makefile.in]
[openbsd-compat/fmt_scaled.c openbsd-compat/openbsd-compat.h]
Fix compilation on Linux, including pulling in fmt_scaled(3)
implementation from OpenBSD's libutil.
