In some setups, creating the socket under OBJ may result in a path that
is too long for a Unix domain socket. Add a helper to let us portably
create a temporary directory instead.

The forwarding tests sometimes seem to fail in a way that suggests ports
are in use even though they shouldn't be. Convert more of them to use a
mux socket rather than relying on sleeps in the hope that that makes
behaviour more consistent.

[forwarding.sh multiplex.sh]
Add support for Unix domain socket forwarding. A remote TCP port
may be forwarded to a local Unix domain socket and vice versa or
both ends may be a Unix domain socket. This is a reimplementation
of the streamlocal patches by William Ahern from:

[regress/forwarding.sh]
Add test for forward config parsing

forwarding test is extremely slow copying data on some machines so switch
back to copying the much smaller ls binary until we can figure out why
this is.

use -E option for ssh and sshd to write debuging logs to ssh{,d}.log and
save the output from any failing tests. If a test fails the debug output
from ssh and sshd for the failing tests (and only the failing tests) should
be available in failed-ssh{,d}.log.
