Adds a regress/mkdtemp tool and uses it to create empty temp
directories for tests needing control sockets.

Add support for Unix domain socket forwarding. A remote TCP port
may be forwarded to a local Unix domain socket and vice versa or
both ends may be a Unix domain socket. This is a reimplementation

backslash characters in filenames, enable it for Cygwin and use it to turn
of tests for quotes backslashes in sftp-glob.sh.
