     [gss-genr.c]
     Work around a problem in Heimdal that occurs when KRB5CCNAME file is
     missing, by checking whether or not kerberos allocated us a context
     before attempting to free it.  Patch from Simon Wilkinson, tested by
     biorn@, ok djm@
