Deny (non-fatal) shmget/shmat/shmdt in preauth privsep child.
New wait_random_seeded() function on OpenSSL 1.1.1d uses shmget, shmat, and shmdt
in the preauth codepath, deny (non-fatal) in seccomp_filter sandbox.
